Nearby places to eat after the Celtic Solstice Race
These are listed in alphabetical order

Ok, about the post-race breakfast, assuming that you are still hungry after the post-race party.  If you want the cookie-cutter experience, you can go find a Starbucks somewhere, anywhere, I am sure, except I don't think they got into SuperFresh before A&P declared bankruptcy.  But if you want a unique Baltimore experience, then head for one of these nearby spots:

A)  Cafe Hon - in Hampden on the Avenue, 1002 West 36th Street :  From Druid Hill Park 28th Street:  Take I-83 North to the next exit Falls Road (Exit 8)   Make a Right Turn at the first traffic light onto W. 36th Street ("The Avenue"). Cafe Hon and Hon Bar are located 2 blocks up on the left side, on the corner of W. 36th Street and Roland Road. Meter street parking is available.

B) The Dizz - in Remington, 300 West 30th Street.  From Druid Hill Park take 28th Street east and turn left onto Remington, about the sixth street after you cross the bridge over I 83.  Look for streetside parking.

C) Donna's - in Charles Village, 3101 Saint Paul St..  From Druid Hill Park take 28th Street east about ten blocks and turn left onto Charles Street.  Go north about three blocks and look for parking on Charles, then walk the one block over, or go north about five blocks and turn right then turn right again onto St Paul Street and look for parking.

D) Gertrude's - Johns Hopkins Campus, 10 Art Museum Drive.  If you park in the Hopkins Garage, this will be right around the corner from you.  Else, from Druid Hill Park take 28th Street east about eight blocks and turn left onto Howard Street and look for parking near the Art Museum.

E)  Grandview Dizz - 3838 Roland Avenue.  From Druid Hill Park 28th Street,  take 83 North to the next exit Falls Road (Exit 8)   Make a right turn at the first traffic light onto West 36th Street (The Avenue).  Two blocks later make a left turn onto Roland and go up past the 37th Street firehouse to St Mary’s Roland View Towers.  This place is on the rooftop of a senior living building, so you have to push a metal handicap access button to get the door to open.  Take the elevator to "R" (roof).  Best view from mid-town.

E) Paper Moon - 227 West 29th Street.  From Druid Hill Park take 28th Street east and turn left onto Cresmont about the seventh street after you cross the bridge over I 83.  The Paper Moon Diner is one block up on the right.

F) New Wyman Park Diner - 25th and Howard.(138 W. 25th Street)  From Druid Hill Park take 28th Street east and turn right on Howard Street south for three blocks.  Close to the old Anderson Automotive.

G) Woodberry Kitchen - 2010 Clipper Park Road.  This is a totally different direction.  Go west on Druid Lake Drive towards the entrance to the Maryland Zoo at Gywnns Falls Parkway.  At the next traffic signal turn right onto Greenspring and follow it past the Frisbee Golf Course to the traffic signal at Druid Park Drive.  Turn right and go about a quarter of a mile to Parkdale. Turn right on Parkdale and then immediately to your left onto Clipper Park Road.
